Babies start learning in their mother’s womb and establishing relations with their surroundings is what they do best. For this is the only way they learn. 85 percent of a baby’s brain development is completed in his/her first three years, which is the most critical period in the lives of babies, that is of all of us. During this period, a baby’s learning and adaptation skills are at their highest level. Accordingly, by the time they reach the preschool period, or the age of four, they are like a project, rough construction of which was just completed. A very critical window of opportunity opens at the mother’s womb and remains open until the age of 3. In other words, babies do not wait for the public to bring services to them, for their mothers to shake off depression, for their fathers to take them by the hand to a park or change their diapers. They grow and develop fast and constantly learn.
